On August 3 of 2022 at Greenbrier East High School, the HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) community helped with the fundraising relief drive for the Kentucky flood victims. An estimated 37 people died in the Kentucky flood along with loss of their homes. The flood caused mudslides across the eastern part of Kentucky. The HOSA community collected cleaning supplies, food, personal care items, baby supplies, and gift cards to help with their relief and recovery.
