Schedule Change Form

Starting Tuesday, January 17thSchedule Change Request Forms for 2nd semester courses will be made available. They are located outside of the counseling office and linked to his article. Students who wish to request a schedule change need to have this form completed and turned in to their counselor no later than Tuesday, January 31st. The earlier the better though. Please remember, submitting the form is not a guarantee of a schedule change. All request will be reviewed by the counselors and administration for approval. Students need to continue to report to their currently scheduled classes until they receive an updated schedule.
