Completed forms (including all required signatures) are DUE TO YOUR COUNSELOR no later than FRIDAY, 1/24. The sooner the better.

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather and LiveGrades issues, exams have now been moved to Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - January 15, 16, and 17. We will follow the same schedule for exams. Exam exemption forms will be due Monday the 13th.
On Exam Days, students who are exempt from all exams on that given day are not required to report to school and the absence will not be counted against them.
